


About the Role
The VP of Sales is responsible for setting customer-centric Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, developing high-performing sales teams, and expanding our market share in the packaging supplies and distribution industry.
Key Activities
Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Establish and implement industry-leading sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence in the packaging and distribution industry.
Lead & Develop Sales Teams: Oversee and mentor a regional sales team, fostering a high-performance sales culture through training, coaching, and goal setting.
Customer & Market Strategy: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, aligning company offerings with customer needs.
Go-To-Market Execution: Lead the execution of customer-focused GTM strategies, ensuring strong positioning in the packaging distribution sector.
Commercialization & Problem-Solving: Translate customer priorities into business opportunities, utilizing critical thinking and analytical skills.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with operations, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Sales Performance & Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights, sales metrics, and forecasting to measure performance and adjust strategies.
Technology & Tools: Leverage Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools to manage sales operations and reporting.
Preferred Skills
Strong background in B2B sales, packaging materials, and distribution networks.
Experience in supply chain solutions, logistics, and industrial packaging.
Proven success in driving revenue growth through sales transformation initiatives.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
10+ years of experience developing and executing Go-To-Market Sales Strategies within the packaging supplies and distribution industry.
7+ years of experience leading and managing high-performing sales teams in B2B sales.
5+ years of experience successfully developing and maintaining strategic customer relationships.
