The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new customers, collaborating with team members on account development, and proactively seeking new business in the market.
Key Activities
Identify new customers and potential packaging solutions to grow our business.
Collaborate with other team members on developing product/service solutions to grow business.
Stay current on market trends to identify new sales opportunities.
Ensure sales meet contribution and margin requirements.
Research competition to identify and mitigate potential business threats.
Define business plans and strategies to gain market share and maximize profitability.
Preferred Skills
Effective sales skills using a data-based, solution sales approach.
Education and Experience
B.S./A. in business administration or related field.
7+ years of experience in sales and solutions with a proven track record of success.
5+ years of experience in the packaging industry.
