About the Role

The Regional Sales Representative will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Activities

  • Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales accounts.

  • Generate quality leads, source and develop referrals, develop and maintain a customer database, and respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically, or in person.

  • Submit orders by referring to price lists and quotes.

  • Keep management informed of customer needs and requests.

  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, merchandising techniques, etc.

  • Recommends changes in products and services to evaluate results and competitive developments.

  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management.

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Preferred Skills

  • Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.

  • Self-motivated and successful working from home.

Education and Experience

  • Must have experience in corrugated box sales.

  • 3+ years of work experience in a fast-paced sales or similar work environment.
