


About the Role
The Regional Sales Representative will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Key Activities
Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales accounts.
Generate quality leads, source and develop referrals, develop and maintain a customer database, and respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically, or in person.
Submit orders by referring to price lists and quotes.
Keep management informed of customer needs and requests.
Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, merchandising techniques, etc.
Recommends changes in products and services to evaluate results and competitive developments.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Preferred Skills
Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
Self-motivated and successful working from home.
Education and Experience
Must have experience in corrugated box sales.
Three or more years of work experience in a fast-paced sales or similar work environment.
