About the Role

The Customer Service Representative Lead will be responsible for acting as the intermediary between our customers and our production team.

Key Activities

  • Responsibilities and duties will include providing office support for sales staff and house accounts by inputting and preparing quotes, production work orders, and purchase orders.

  • Provide timely feedback on the status of open orders.

  • Will assist and manage new customer projects and be able to meet deadlines.

  • Most correspondence with our customers is completed through phone calls and e-mail. Interaction with our production team occurs through face-to-face conversation, phone, email, or two-way radio.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

  • Proficient with computers, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent - Two years of college preferred

  • Two years of sales and/or customer service experience.
