About the Role
The Sales Professional will be supporting other team members in their sales efforts, budgeting, supporting the company’s production, inventory, accounts receivable, and accounting functions as they relate to the sales effort.
Key Activities
Work with overseas offices for business development on export and import.
Establish new supply source for export and domestic business, and find new domestic customers.
Intervene when collection issues arise with customers.
Support overseas offices with market/product information.
Manage claims with customers and suppliers.
Enter orders and follow up production with mills.
Submit monthly sales report and travel report to CEO and Vice President.
Conduct other assigned duties when required.
Preferred Skills
Effective communication skills, with an emphasis on personal relationships.
Able to interact effectively with all levels within an organization.
Education and Experience
9+ years of sales experience with printing and corrugated industries.
Experienced with woven polypropylene both small bags and bulk bags/FIBCS.
Packaging from corrugated products, stretch film, pails, dunnage, drums, paper bags, shrink films, etc.
