About the Role
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and improving the financial matters of the business, including costs and pricing.
Key Activities
Responsible for Sales Budget / Increase in annual sales
Work with the Sales team to increase customer base, and new business through programs and
Review call reports weekly
Work with Customer Service on large new accounts
Must be able to travel at least 25% of the time
Increase sales to fill Corrugator Plant in Mesa
Meet monthly quota of new quotes
Meet with customers to resolve problems, if any
Help with collections
Facilitate weekly sales meetings
Secure sales contracts and inventory contracts for large accounts
Must be able to make decisions for the benefit of the companies.
Work with production to maximize product quality, reduce lead times, and errors, and streamline incentives.
Provide leadership, problem resolution care, and mentor managers to increase positive employee retention.
Establish standards or policies to enhance employee and business performance.
Preferred Skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to establish good working relationships.
Knowledge of financial statements.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field.
Strong business acumen experience.
Experience in a Plastic manufacturing environment.
