About the Role
The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for maintenance of all equipment and systems required for plant operations and support functions and oversee all maintenance of the production facility.
Key Activities
Plan, implement and maintain the maintenance program for all utilities and facilities, including production equipment, gas, chillers, air compressors, hydraulics, lighting, emergency generators, electricity, HVAC, refrigeration, water distribution, wastewater treatment, fire protection, thermal fluid heaters and cooling towers.
Prepare and manage the annual budget for the department.
Manage contract maintenance and in-house maintenance employees.
Work closely with third-party cold storage partners to optimize proper system maintenance and controls.
Ensure energy, water, and other energy inputs are efficiently used and provide leadership to reduce consumption and identify energy conservation opportunities while maintaining plant productivity.
Collaborate with utility providers to ensure timely communication of rate increases, planned and unplanned utility outages, and load-shedding arrangements.

Work effectively with all levels of the organization.
Education and Experience
Must have 10 years of facilities and maintenance experience
Must have knowledge of PLC's
